Attending the Portland Metro Concert Band’s spring concert was a delightful experience. The band played a range of pieces, from classical to contemporary. Their rendition of Gershwin’s ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ was truly moving, and the volunteer musicians bring an inspiring level of passion to their performances.
